Fr. Mbaka prays for Buhari and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi: Promises to bring peace between the estranged religions

it has been a wonderful convivial liaison between the two polarized religion in Nigeria: Christianity and Islam. Yesterday, a revered  fiery priest in Enugu, Rev. Father Mbaka, celebrated his birthday. and  amidst the celebratory mass for the 20th anniversary of his priesthood, he said a fervent prayer for Buhari and  the Enugu State governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi

"

I am praying for Buhari, that God will protect him so that enemies will not destroy him. I also pray for Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi so that God will not allow occultic men to steal his vision.”
He also appreciated God for granting him 20 years of priesthood with surmountable hurdles. This is what he has to say

"I am not tired after 20 years, 20 years of good health; 20 years of miracles from God; 20 years of hard apostolic work; 20 years in the hand of God. There was a time they blackmailed me; they were saying such things like ‘Mbaka why? Mbaka this, Mbaka that’, but I have remained in the hand of God.”he said.

yesterday, Buhari sent  a congratulatory message to him  stating that his courage and patriotism in the 2015 election have left an indelible mark in the sand of time.

This has been viewed by many people , against all the oddities especially with daily massacre in the northesat, as a conuit for peace and prosperity to settle in the country and bring about perfect understanding.

My beautiful KIB students, today,  you will be happy learning the correct way to express yourselves. Nigerians have a way of changing typical English expressions to suit them. Someone still had to argue with me that the English expression 'Better the devil you know than the devil you don't "  is so wrong and does not make sense.  He opines that angel should be there.  He forgets that English can be quite illogical to our Nigerian minds. Lol. People say things like. 'He has not even proposed talk more of walking down the aisle with me' 'He does not have a car,  talk less a house" Well these two expressions or collocations are not common in British and American English. Here are the universal conventional English collocations for Nigerian English's  'Talk more of' and 'Talk less of',  #LetAlone 'Let alone' is  used to indicate that something is far less likely or suitable than something else already mentioned.
