I seem to remember that the book does not find favour with writers like Festus Iyayi and Ademola Ademoyega who also have their own account of the Nigeria-Biafra Civil War of 1967-1970. I have heard a lot about this book and waited patiently to read it and the story has not left me disappointed. Obasanjo wrote a good book but downplayed the truth!
