Christofyk's Album 'Give me Some Love' produced by P-Maro, Finally!

Finally, the complete debut album you all have been waiting for has arrived. Christofyk's first album, titled 'Give Me Some Love' has finally hit the internet with Seven amazing songs that were dexterously produced by P-Maro and written by Christofyk.
The album certainly blurs the lines among gospel, secular and inspiration; completely void of raunchiness.
In general, the instrumentals of the songs have a soothing and alluring feel to them. A beautiful blend of RnB, Soul and  sensational Afro.

The first song 'Affirmatively' is a song of love to the Most High. It creates a calming atmosphere for  true worship. It reminds you that you need to love God without reservation.

Also, There  are parts with local Igbo dialect spice and mellifluous falsetto that add colour and beauty to the song. Take a listen.

The next song 'His Words Work' is an uptempo song that one can dance to.  It has a bit of rocky flavour and you would think Iyke Onka gave a big impression on that song. It also has gospel afro melody amidst the sequence of strings in the song.

This song emphasizes on the agape love which God has for us that made him send his son to die on the cross of Calvary stark naked.

He took away our infirmities and our shortcomings, and by his stripes we are made whole.

'Gracious Jesus' comes  softly as a sort of slow praise eulogising God with all the beautiful names that are known to stir him up and make him do wonders.
Onyemata is a song sung entirely in Igbo . The song celebrates God as our redeemer who almost immediately steps into our situation and helps us out of our dire strait.

Do you say 'talk more of' or 'talk less of'? Also, how to pronounce 'parliament'

My beautiful KIB students, today,  you will be happy learning the correct way to express yourselves. Nigerians have a way of changing typical English expressions to suit them. Someone still had to argue with me that the English expression 'Better the devil you know than the devil you don't "  is so wrong and does not make sense.  He opines that angel should be there.  He forgets that English can be quite illogical to our Nigerian minds. Lol. People say things like. 'He has not even proposed talk more of walking down the aisle with me' 'He does not have a car,  talk less a house" Well these two expressions or collocations are not common in British and American English. Here are the universal conventional English collocations for Nigerian English's  'Talk more of' and 'Talk less of',  #LetAlone 'Let alone' is  used to indicate that something is far less likely or suitable than something else already mentioned. E.g ...
