Is 'the devil you know better than the angel you don't know' a correct expression?

The angel you know is better than the angel you don't know. 3.Better the devil you know, than the angel you don't All these expressions are wrong. The right thing to say is 4. Better the devil you know ( than the devil you don't). Finally For those who do not have data to watch my yesterday's video lesson, let me help you by letting you in on  a little of what we did. Intestine is pronounced as (inTESTin) and not (INtestain) Brochure is pronounced as (BROHsher) .. Where (oh) represents the diphthong in 'so'. it is not (broKYO). Debtor has a silent 'b'. Uncommon Expression: You can't eat your cake and have it Common Expression: You can't have your cake and eat it (too). This means you cannot enjoy 2 desirable things at the same time. Have you been using the common expression or the uncommon expression? LOL. The uncommon expression is not recognised by any dictionary.
